News and Updates…

Greetings to you from all at Little Room. We’ve had several messages and enquiries forwarded to from our website contact form and from Bandcamp asking about plans for new releases. Here is a quick update.  Charlotte’s album of folk songs is now mixed and awaiting mastering and artwork. Phil Baggaley in currently at the Edinburgh Festival performing the amazing Broken Instruments show, and is currently working on new songs for a project with Nina Blaszczyk. David Clifton finishing work on a sacred songs project which will include two translations of early English poems by the Venerable Bede. These will be performed live at the launch of Michelle Brown’s new book in Oxford on the 2nd of October, and he is also working on a new folk/Americana recording. Katie Targett-Adams is dividing her time between Hong King and New Zealand, writing and performing new music and playing concerts and events in China.

On Thursday the 30th March at 7:30pm David Clifton will play a solo acoustic set at the Preservation Pub, Knoxville, Tennessee, USA.

Free entry before 7pm, $5.00 after 7pm. Supporting Scruffy City Music.

Others acts on the bill are Cornflower, a one-man looping extravaganza (9;00pm – 10:30pm) and Brad Heller and the Fustics, a songwriter rock band (11:30pm – 1:30am)
